No Agenda News 1700!

Dear Producer, Tomorrow is the show 1700 Special and Extravaganza. The 1700th episode of the No Agenda Show. Help the Show celebrate with a generous contribution to support the Show. First there is the classic show number donations in dollars and dimes and nickels.

Tomorrow's Show

There was no lack of news over the past few days. Highlighting most of it is the miserable flooding in the Southeast where Trump and Musk seem to be helping the victims more that the Federal Government making the situation a reflection of the Bush-era Katrina disaster. All that is missing is a doofus named “Brownie” to thank for all his hard work.
Meanwhile, the Middle East situation looks to be worsening with Iran saving face and shooting upwards of 200 long range missiles into Israel and miraculously killing nobody, but making for a spectacular night time fireworks display. Your No Agenda Show has explored this situation with analysis from all parts of the globe. It's quite peculiar if not another money grab. You'll hear more.

Idiotic VP Debate

The highlight news was the miserable CBS Vice President debate with the Bobsie Twin moderators who you might describe as two dour shrews, Margaret Brennan and the often grimacing Republican-hating Nora O'Donnell.
Brit Hume described them as “Terrible...smug and arrogant” as moderators. This was putting it mildly. Climate change was a top concern of theirs.
At one point a debate almost broke out when Vance pushed back on a “fact check" aimed at him regarding the Haitians in Springfield, Ohio. Vance had actual facts to disarm the fact check and the moderators panicked and demanded to “move on.” Walz jumped in and then, out of the blue, both mics were cut as the two women sneered in glee. What became clear is that CBS violated its own rules. There was to be no fact checking by the moderators whatsoever and the mics were to remain open at all times.
It was the low point in the debate which was mostly civil with the two VP candidates being rather magnanimous with each other much to the surprise (and chagrin) of outside observers. Most people, outside of Comcast's MSNBC hate-mongers, felt that Vance won easily as he had command of facts and pitches.

Memes of the Week
