I thought he blew it when he brought in the rookie. When the Astros took the lead I was thinking "here we go, this is where the clock strikes midnight". I know it sucks as an Astros fan but for the rest of us, it is nice to see a team other than the Astros win for once.
The only thing I’m salty about is that I got back to Houston in 2 weeks and I was hoping to be able to see them play this year… breaking my heart Stros!
You can enjoy the Tigers/Royals ALCS instead. Normally I would have more sympathy when someone's team gets eliminated but you guys have been in the the ALCS every year since 2017. A year off won't hurt.
