@k00b, how about a SN general chat similar to the way Telegram chats work? Obviously a sat cost per message. Maybe the sats from there could go back to you for building this. Maybe they could be redistributed like they normally are. Maybe you could add a function to mark messages as spam (with a cost to do this so non-spam posts aren't marked as spam needlessly by malicious actors) and if it hits a threshold, the account is blocked for X amount of time.
