“Better to trip with the feet than with the tongue” - Zeno

When has your tongue let you down?

Advise from the road on being better people?

I once called my friend's husband a wanker. Tbf he did do something really stupid that affected me. But in the heat of the moment... 🤣🤣

Yes and I assume you see him still ? Will always be there in the background now haha

We don't see each other as we live in different countries now. But I wonder if they ever mention it. I don't know if she ever told him what I said (he was not present for the incident). We do in our family because when it came out of my mouth I could not believe what I'd said and I was screaming inside but just carried on like I'd said nothing 🤣🤣 I felt like a rash teenager again lol. I learnt a lesson to slow down. I felt so bad but we just crack up about it now as the guy was a bit of a character. It's a lesson that will stay with me! 😄

In my defence, I had just given birth, so hormones all over the place and my tolerance for BS was very low.

This is why I chant 108*16 every morning rounds of the Maha-Mantra:

HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE RAMA

Because these are sacred names of the Supreme Godhead and by saying them I am in contact with God directly and my mouth that has been full of nonsense is released from this bondage after completing 1728 rounds there is absolute silence in my mind. I feel fresh and there are no commercials, politics, jingles, songs or even angry, fearful or craving desires. Just calm silence. Throughout the day I can recharge with a few rounds. Upon waking in the morning at 4:00 I do basic hygiene and I look forward to my day by starting this way.

Sat is truth Chit is mindfulness Ananda is bliss.

There's a reason Satoshi chose the name as an embodied version of truth.

This is why Bitcoin wakes people beyond... Way beyond money.

Powerful words!

Controlling our words is often a bit complicated, but silence certainly saves us a lot of problems.

Some say you should say as little as necessary
