Sheldon Richman argues Trump will harm the US economy with his trade wars if he returns to office.
"This is economic nationalism. He sees the world as an arena in which countries—as if they were companies—compete against one another: for one country to win, the others must lose. Powered by this worldview, Trump wants to be the CEO of the company known as the United States."
"He also wants lower energy prices, which would be good all around, but exactly how matters." By adding bitcoin miners to the grid? Kill two birds with one stone.

Maybe someone on his team has an idea about that, but I think Trump's plan is just to allow more energy production and mostly from oil and natural gas. That's also the simplest idea, although including nuclear would be even better.

Nuclear would be a good idea. I wonder how he will do... Sometimes he can be rash.

From the little I heard of his interview with Elon, Trump is completely ignorant about nuclear power. When he was president, he just made oil and gas development on federal lands much easier. That's all I'm expecting from him next time.
