I gotta say this poll FINALLY puts some respect on A&M’s name. Are we top 10?! Nope highly doubt it but last week when we beat Arkansas at a neutral field and fell in the rankings to 25 I couldn’t help but shake my head. Now that they beat Tenn we only see Tenn fall 4 spots?!?

A&M has played 3 SEC schools so far and beat them all. Our only loss was a week one loss to Notre Dame who should be above us just because of the straight up we lost to them. Others like LSU whose hardest opponent was USC whose now unranked and they lost at home to them along, Ol Miss who has yet to play a ranked opponent and have lost a game at home but still are number 9 and Clemson who lost to the only ranked opponent they played this year as well leaves me with some questions about how these rankings are going to play out.
