1. Little to no debt
2. Pay a dividend at least 3%
3. PE < 20
4. More Cash then debt
5. Free cash flow > operating expenses
6. Dividend payout ratio < 50%
7. Fair compensation for management team
8. A sector I believe (like energy, bitcoin, etc.)
9. A strong brand that isn’t too toxic (war) or woke
10. Moonshot for better humanity (space, medicine, water)

I don’t always follow these but I strive to. So far it has done me quite well. Americans are lucky to have open capital markets. Just like bitcoin use that freedom and buy companies that align with your worldview!
