I have not seen this one. But it is also 1999. A lot of great movies in 99. It was the time when they pumped a lot money into movies and not into wars.

As a bitcoiner i say Matrix, Fight Club and The Thirteenth Floor. All at the end of the 90's. I think all three came out in 1999.

It’s a tough one, the 90’s for me personally is my favourite decade for movies.
Either The Matrix or True Romance would be my picks.
Sometimes films uploaded on YouTube are only trailers, not full films, so watching them is not satisfying.
I think the better quality ones in YouTube you have to pay for
