There are two ways to interpret this:

Will commies interfere with the underprivileged in order to further their own delusional and genocidal goals?

Or will humanity finally start dismantling a meaningful amount of unnecessary, central control so that people can be left alone to thrive?

Kinda like Commiefornia now compared to Hong Kong until it was killed off, the results are super clear and obvious.
