Wild that the panel actually had stated that it was due to his tweets because that panel isn't supposed to do that. On top of that they ignored a BIPARTISAN letter from the California Deligation of Congress urging the need to allow the increase for national security, broadband connectivity, and wildfire response. I have added the letter below.

Yeah what’s wild is how the DoD and Members of Congress are going to side with SpaceX because they need the launches and no one else can provide them as quickly and reliably as SpaceX

He has made it clear he isn’t happy and what’s funny is that the panel isn’t allowed to say it’s due to his tweets so this is going to be something that the Federal Government is going to defend Elon and SpaceX in against the Cali Commission
