I had the same problem. I left the btc in breeze, since it was attached to my google id, and forgot about it until a halving event later. I recommend the same. The other solution is to keep loading sats in breeze through the lightning network until you can pay the fees but tbh i's fine. it's not going anywhere. dont panic, just stay humble and stack sats.
