Yes, we do have a Spotted Lake here in BC. I don't know if there are other spotted lakes in Canada, as Canada is very big. The BC spotted lake is located east of Osoyoos right next to highway 3; it's about an 9km drive east from Osoyoos on highway 3.

Correction, it's located west of Osoyoos, not east. I don't know what got into me for me to mix up east and west. Sorry for the misinformation.
