When I became a libertarian, an older libertarian that was some sort of mentor for me teached me how to explore the potentials of low time preference in practice. We also have the Catholic religion and values as a common thing, so there's the connection of living the poverty of Christ. But essentially the idea was to get used to using the products and services that cost less and trying to find efficiency on everything. With time I learned to travel only on economic class, by bus when possible. But also living in a house not bigger than my needs. It is a good and relaxing thing to live like that, but also many people don't understand it and get away from you, it's hard but eventually you find other people that may think alike.

Less is more. The more I let go of my attachments to outcome, the more I feel I have. Bitcoin teaches low time preference.
