Fema is working to make money and donations.
If everyone is helping for free, why would we need fema?

I don't think FEMA works for donations.

They have to show that they are helpful to receive donations amd funding.
If people do what they are doing for free, and better....why would they need support?

I think you would be surprised how much they get.
They get a huge amount of funding from tne government.
