There are practically no pet photographers in my city, so I've been diving into this niche and gradually gaining more clients who need my services to photograph their furry friends.

This time, I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful Golden Retriever, and the best part is that the owners had tons of costumes for her!

We started with a Wonder Woman costume, and I was absolutely smitten when I saw the little dog in that dress; she looked gorgeous!

Plot twist: All the costumes were original and bought at Disney. My jaw dropped when I saw the tags on the costumes!

Then we moved on to taking some photos with an Ursula costume.

For all these photos, I used my Canon RP camera with a 50mm lens, a white backdrop, and a Speedlite flash with a 50cm softbox for lighting.

Photographing pets requires a lot of patience because dogs are unpredictable and move around a lot. I had to take hundreds of photos before selecting the best ones in post-production.

The next dress was Cinderella's:

And the last dress wasn't from a Disney princess, but it looked beautiful on her nonetheless!

And finally, since we were already here, I also took some photos of her without any dresses so the owners could have this lovely memory of their little dog.

In the end, the dog's owners and I were super happy with the photos we took that day. I hope you like them as much as we do!
