just got finished reading this one and i have to say it was an excellent read.
the whole chapter about the french CFA i found particularly outrageous
it annoys me when non coiners with a first world perspective say bitcoin is useless because they are so ignorant and cant even understand how important it is to have a pure, censorship-resistant money like bitcoin
I should add this to my reading list.
Ugh, too much to read and too little time!
it's a good one, not a hard read either, unlike something on Austrian economics for example
fiat food was an excellent read also
Yes. Good, easy read. I saw Alex at a PubKey book presentation last year and got a signed copy.

It is incredibly frustrating. Comfort kills.
truly
Great book. The CFA stuff stuck with me the most. That's one of the reasons why I think Africa is primed for bitcoin adoption. The injustice is enormous.
im a brit so used to getting shit for the colonial sins of the past, but man, i was like, how have i never heard about this that the French are still up to, all the while Macron is out there trying to be all holier than thou, such a fucking hypocrite piece of trash
Ditto
really good storyline to supplement the read about loans to poor countires. empty promises are worse and more ancient than they appear:

thanks, i think this was recommended on a thread about documentaries i made the other day
what would be the best way to coordinate a book club with stacker.news? i attend one over zoom sometimes.
People get Bitcoin at the time and exchange-rate they deserve.
I've heard someone say that before.
