With all of the new Tesla bot memes floating around, I have to go back and watch this one.

Good one.
They seem to have actually gotten pretty close date-wise with 2035. I could see Tesla Bots roaming around in ten years.

Yeah. I think we will see them doing boring tasks soon. I just saw a couple of robots at a restaurant a few weeks ago. One helped serve food and the other one helped move trays full of dirty dishes back to the kitchen.
It was pretty cool to see and the staff really liked how easy it makes some tasks.

I can imagine something like TARS:
Compact and versatile, would be great to have in a warehouse or a lab to give it heavy lifting jobs, or otherwise mundane tasks to do.

The ones I saw were just small carts with sensors to avoid bumping walls.
We have a long way to go but I hope Elon's bots are honest and don't violate Asimov's rules for robots.

And knowing him, they will come with a slider for humor settings.

Yeah, he definitely peaked a while back.
I don't think he's been in much since his incident with Chris Rock.
