Afaict There wasn’t much discussion of moderation, aside from stating the neo-liberal obvious.

However the blog about ribbonfarm’s retirement is interesting. It links to a blog describing the public internet’s successor, the cozyweb, and features this chart:

I’d say nostr squarely fits into the category of “darkness” and has certainly survived longer than “5 minutes.”
