Apart from manually going through and manually muting territories, are there any other settings to help SN become bitcoin only? Is there a way to set another default homepage or something?

I'm not saying posts about politics, sports, music, parenting, etc, etc aren't great but that I'd like to tailor my experience. to be able to come here and see more posts about bitcoin, lightning, maybe some nostr, maybe some economics at a stretch, and see less of the other stuff

I want to stay on top of what's happening in the world of bitcoin and can go to other places for my fix on other topics

maybe I don't even want to mute territories, maybe I'd just like to see top bitcoin content, and then top other stuff separate so I can find quality bitcoin content (my main reason for being here) and then quality other stuff (nice to have)

maybe a cool feature would be having the ability to check all territories you want to be your default feed when you go to stacker news. perhaps a setting. could default to all checked and you simply customize as youd like

Is it really that hard or stay on top of. Most stuff here is Bitcoin. I have the opposite feeling. I want more diverse content.

yes, everyones different

sometimes I feel like some of the other stuff is of questionable quality, like just posted to try and milk a few sats. if you want more of that more power to you but I'm getting bit tired it in my 'hot' feed

i obviously use SN differently to others, mainly just wanna see news about bitcoin

But we also have ~bitdevs and ~lightning and ~bitcoin_Mining and ~mempool and ~bitcoin_beginners. We have some changes aimed at fixing this fragmentation problem, but muting is the main way to avoid content you don't want to see.

If you want multiple feeds, you can switch accounts (it's next to logout in the dropdown) and mute all the non-bitcoin stuff on one of your accounts.

yes, do visit all of them, starting with ~bitcoin (wish could set that as default when tapping the SN icon)
