Sensei wants to motivate his students. He finds examples of students using the word ‘unique’ in their essays. He aims to inspire other students to apply ‘unique’ in their daily lives. By doing so, they can come across a Year 4 comprehension passage that has ‘unique’ and not feel challenged.
It is a good idea to give them the practice at new and unique words to make them familiar for use and comprehension. They need the chance to practice language in normal situations before they hit the tests with all that stress.
