Although I could easily agree with you on all of the above, I must differ from this statement, I believe that to truly have a happy life both the good and the bad are necessary. The good moments are treasured, longed for and remembered with enthusiasm whenever we can and they enrich our soul.
But on the contrary, the bad moments are just as necessary, in order to grow as human beings it is important to make mistakes and overcome adverse, chaotic or traumatic situations that teach us and leave us with some useful learning for our performance in life.
Do I have a Happy Life?
Being totally honest I think so, although I don't have everything I want, I have everything I need to achieve my goals, I have my freedom and my willpower, and additionally I have health, I am a complete and fully functional person, and understanding the world just a little, looking at other realities both far from where I am and so close to me, I can firmly say I am Happy and I am very Lucky to be alive and to be where I am.
And if that were not enough, someone or some people realized that the game is rotten, and rigged so that every day we become poorer and more dependent on the SYSTEM. So that we continue being SLAVES, and they brought us the best tool ever created to empower the common human being.
