No surprise there. The only reason the state exists is to create and enforce exclusivity. Citizenship, borders, protected classes, licensing, etc. Every law is passed so that some people are excluded from society because they misbehave. The idea that CBDCs will be "inclusive" is an absolute joke. The only way to make money inclusive is to separate money and state.
