As you may know, this is THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OF OUR LIFETIME. While the media is busy hyping up the 2024 US presidential election like it's the season finale of "America's Got Talent," there's a much bigger show playing out on the global stage. TL;DR - It doesn't matter who sits in the Oval Office next year because the US dollar is already sucking hind tit. "If you only knew the power of the Dark Side.": America has been flexing its financial Death Star, the almighty dollar. Too bad the Empire strikes back (at itself)... -Money printer goes "brrr," 'nuff said. -Fed's interest rate sneeze gives the whole world financial COVID. -Uncle Sam acts like the global monetary Peeping Tom. -Piss off the US? No dollar for you! Boom. Sanctioned. "What, I thought we were in the trust tree... in the nest. Were we not?": Turns out, not everyone's a fan of America going streaking down the quad... -China and Russia are hoarding gold like Peter Schiff. -Nations are ghosting US bonds more than Beyonce at a Harris rally. -Sovereigns are partaking in a Diddy-esque cocktail of euros, yen, and yuan. -BRICS are considering if they should back that ass[et] up (with BTC?). -CBDCs showing up to parties like "How Do You Do, Fellow Kids?" Welcome to the Financial Thunderdome: "Remember where you are - this is Thunderdome, and death is listening, and will take the first man that screams..." -America continues to lose global financial bullying power. -Uncle Sam's credit card will eventually get declined. -Multiple monetary networks vying for the throne of global finance. "Something" Fixes This So, while there's all this jibber jabber about red vs. blue, Hulk Hogan vs. Taylor Swift, Nazi racists nationalists vs. illegal LGBTQs aliens, the real signal is green (vs. orange?). The dollar's been living on borrowed time, and no amount of election-year promises can save it from its twilight. If only there were a decentralized monetary solution free of authoritarian control. Something that couldn't be manipulated by the power hungry every time the pendulum swings the other political way. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a money that's value was derived free of government decree. Something that's censorship resistant, immutable, scarc... Oh, wait. I'm getting another political text asking for my support. Maybe if I give them my increasingly worthless fiat...
