Ever: i.e. no more MVPs for Jokic, Giannis, Embiid, KD, Steph, Lebron, Harden, or Westbrook.

I don't know about that. I don't want to bet against Jokic or Giannis. I don't think the other guys will win again.
I am not going to remember this 3 years from now when Giannis is MVP but I will take the MVPs.
