pull down to refresh

Bills and dolphins play a classic on this November 3 afternoon. Here are my takeaways
  1. TYLER BASS!!! After struggling all season long with consistency and even missing a kick today. The bills get the ball back with 1:48 left with a chance to take the lead with a FG. The drive started off terrible even after a roughing call on former Bill Jordan Poyer. The bills offense had a tough time getting yards but they got enough for Bass to drill a 61 yard FG. Good for bass it’s been a rough 2024 thus far as to where the coaching staff was looking to replace him by signing a kicker to the practice squad.
  2. The Bills Defense had ZERO answers for the Dolphins offense. Dolphins dominated the Bills defense line on the line of scrimmage. They kept Tua cleaned who played fantastic. And the running backs had space to run. I think if the Dolphins were more aggressive in the red zone and not kicking FGs they would have beat the Bills. But the Bills defense did just enough to pull off the win.
  3. A tale of two offensive rookies. Tough day for Keon Coleman. His dropped pass really gave life to the Dolphins with a 14 point swing after they drove 97 yards to score. He had one catch and drew a roughing call on Poyer on a ball he should’ve caught. But Ray Davis had really solid runs a took a check down 60+ yards for a touchdown.
This game was very entertaining to watch. I am glad buffalo came away with it. It’s a shame Tua can’t stay healthy they have a really good offense but their defense is still searching for answers.
Bills move to 7-3 next week we face the Colts!

LETS GO BUFFALO

Divisional games are always tough and the Dolphins needed a win to keep their season alive. They can be dynamic when Tua and all the weapons are healthy but their D has always been their Achilles heel.
A good win for Bills. Can’t win them all by double digits need to win some gritty ones.

Indeed but what a kick! I was thinking he was going to miss it.

Great kick

Lets go Bills!

The defense is vulnerable against the run. Look at Ravens game

That’s by design. It could be the fatal flaw for the bills this season but they stay in nickel they want teams to run

I understand
