Russia is different level, not only in military. 20% kickback could be norm, nothing extraordinary.

Is nothing compared to the united states. Hunter is selling for 5x the price to ukraine and declare it as aid. So you have 500%. This is a different level. And what is going on in ukraine is even worse. Doctors making millions of dollars with certificates of incapacity for military service.

What is being sold for 5x the price? Can you give some examples, links, numbers?

Since feb. 2022 the US provided military assistance for $60.4 billion. Do you really think ukraine got military equipment worth 60,4 billion? (Only from the US.) If i sell a truck for 500k that is worth 100k, declare it as aid to ukraine who will ask about the price? And if somebody is asking why something is expensive blame russia. Some people make big money when blood runs down the streets.

Yes, that's not so big number. Considering that, for example, one 150mm artillery shell costs thousands and Ukraine has fired millions of them, export cost for M1A1 Abrams tank is above 10 million, Ukraine has 49 of them, etc. And most of military aid is taken from existing army reserves, not bought from private individuals or companies.
But I asked for specific numbers, where you see that something should cost less, so far your argument has only been "do you really think...".

No warlord discount for used equipment? Do the math if you want numbers. Defense minister Reznikov has been fired for overpriced purchase

Do the math if you want numbers.
You are insisting on numbers being wrong, so you should do the math and show where is something suspicious, not me.
There are no real dollars circulating when equipment from storage is sent to Ukraine, they just put one the paper what would have been cost if it have been sold for dollars instead. Sometimes it actually saves money, as otherwise some old equipment would need to be properly utilized, which costs a lot of money.
