What specifically are you considering misinformation?
Every campaign ad that says "Donald Trump's Project 2025..." is misinformation. You must mean something other than intentionally misrepresenting the truth or you wouldn't be struggling to spot it.

Yeah I see the confusion! Definitely not things that have been talking points by the mainstream opposite party. Another one was Trump would sign a nationwide abortion ban even though he said multiple times he would veto it if it crossed his desk.
So other outside not necessarily fringe but out there attempts to undermine if that makes sense. I was expecting to see for instance a ton of deep fake stuff but that didn't seem to come to fruition

Gotcha
I saw someone posting a photo of their electronic ballot where Trump didn't appear on the first page of candidates, but Kamala did.
The implication was obviously that "they" are trying to hide Trump from voters. However, I'm pretty sure it was just a randomized candidate order.

Ahhh yeah that would make sense esp since some states do stuff like that. Still doesn't seem we have had near the deep fakes or other issues that we were told to prep for if that makes sense

You might be right about that. I spend virtually no time on regular social media platforms or corporate news outlets, so I wouldn't know either way.

I have cut it back significantly during the election season because I was expecting a ton of BS but i never saw any and I never heard so I was interested in seeing what the rest of SN heard or saw!
I love this new territory thanks @hasherstacker!

I always cut way back in election season too. That's probably not as easy for someone in your line of work.

Yeah.... I honestly kinda just listen to my coworkers and even they try to just close my office door and not listen.
Otherwise I would likely have worried myself into an early grave
