Give how she has ran his campaign the last two years I'm not sure people at least who follow politics are surprised here. When he announced his victory he shouted her out on stage even and made her come to the front to be visible to the people.

Interestingly enough I just learned her dad was a huge sports person lol! Her dad is Pat Summeral.
So she had guided the Trump campaign for the last two years and really helped facilitate growth in all these new voter populations. She started her carter working as a scheduler in the Regan campaign and worked in Co gress for a while. She also is credited with helping elect businessman Rick Scott. Who was an outsider and not very connected to the Republican party in the 2010 Flordia Governors race. She also worked Trump's 2016 race in Flordia and helped get Ron DeSantiselected. However their relationship fell apart and she later had said working for him was the biggest mistake of her career.

Sounds like a good pedigree!
Perhaps she can keep the new administration on task and focused.
Any other appointments announced?

Burgum?
What experience in the industry does he have, other that being the governor of a fracking state?

Tons and tons of experience with the Energy industry and balancing fossil fuels with good paying sustainable “green” jobs.
You don't need someone who knows how the fossil fuels are extracted or what the National Labs do you need someone that knows a little bit of everythi g and surrounds himself with people to fill in the rest

He balanced out some solar and wind I believe. Didn't force it but where it could be added and other sources couldn't be he went with that

If she's as good at this job as she was running his campaign, that's a great pick.

Exactly my thoughts. If she can balance out his impulsiveness it makes him so much more effective
