Also, under btc standard, people will have more than nothing of emergency savings. No need for money printing if affected community has hodlers
Seriously? It will take decades to convert to BTC standard. In meantime there will still be natural disasters.
And most people would not have enough saved up to foot the bill for their own home repair or business structure rebuild. Don't see this as a viable solution.
