Seems more like just error. Sure no one expected us to be 7-2 at this point in the season... But just because we were expected to be bad (I think Vegas had us at 6.5wins, I really should have bet against Vegas on that) doesn't mean we now get to play bad.

They will use Mason more too later in the game to power run and bully the D if they have the lead. Who knows though. Another game where the 49ers are letting an inferior team hang around and stay in the game.
They let this happen against the Ram, Cards, Seahawks and Cowboys. They won 2 and lost 2. Not the odds I prefer.
