Have you ever talked with Austin from Synota? I imagine you both could learn a lot from each other. They're more focused on the up-market b2b side, but some of what they've learned is probably generic.
Awesome demo btw. There's something about a toy, closed system demo that really makes it hit home. I can imagine a small group of neighbors connecting their homes this way.
