“What we do in life echoes in eternity.”
For the Bitcoiner, the rising Bitcoin price is a bittersweet occasion, dually marking his:
  • Rising buying power in the modern economy
  • Shattering inability to acquire more when he had the chance
The latter leads to the phenomenon of stacking regret. He'll think back to all his monthly subscriptions, cups of coffee and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and wonder if he wouldn't have rather held more Bitcoin today.
This happens in our own lives, all the time, in countless contexts, whether related to Bitcoin or not. But Bitcoin is a tangible, visual symbol of wasted time, and that makes it especially potent at sparking stacker's regret syndrome.
Instead of beating yourself up, ask yourself: “What could I have done 1 year ago, 5 years ago, to have stacked more today?
And make that your financial priority today, looking ahead to the next 5 years.
Addendum: Stacker's Regret Syndrome has wider applications than just Bitcoin, but is immediately relevant to everything that causes stinging regret in a man.

I confess that when I turned on my laptop💻 this morning and saw the price of bitcoin📈 I commented something similar to my brother... "Why haven't we stacked more".. and it's that really the 2 of us have only been in the burrow for a short time🐰and the person who is teaching us always emphasizes and has repeated to us many many times that we save daily from our daily profit even if it is 5 soles which is the legal currency here... equivalent to a little more than 1 American dollar 💵.. and the truth is we have not done it with discipline.. but I want to say that at the same time that I learn in Bitcoin I am also strengthening my ability to save and be able to invest efficiently for the next 10 or 15 years. Yes, you can💪

Saving in a currency that cannot be debased brings hope for a better future. On the flip side, saving in fiat and seeing the cost of everything rise faster than your ability to save brings nothing but hopelessness and desparation.
