Mhh, I like that he talks about shipping but I don't like the authoritative way it's written. I mean, is there really the definition of "shipping"? It sounds more like he's just explaining his definition.

Speaking authoritatively probably helps with shipping, if you think about it.
Whether or not it makes for a good product in the long run, I suppose that's debatable

Makes sense but imo this post is about corporate politics, not shipping. Or maybe shipping in the context of corporate politics.
And maybe I'm just authoritatively applying my own definition of shipping now.
