Given how critical I am of the American education system, people are often surprised to learn that I think teachers need to be paid more.
"Why would you pay them more when they're doing such a bad job?"
To which I reply, "You get what you pay for."

I don’t know much about the American curriculum to give an informed opinion about curriculum design, but honestly, it is insane to pay teachers so little and have them work 2-3 jobs just to SURVIVE. This is travesty

I still believe in small social protocols like e.g. wearing appropiate clothing to work 👔
Nowadays I feel like most people just think of it as an old fashioned annoyance. I don't think that's true it serves a real purpose

A value I hold strongly in friendships and networks—one that might surprise people—is quality over quantity. In a world where networking often seems to prioritize expanding circles and having numerous connections, I focus instead on building a smaller number of genuine, deep relationships.

Governments of integrity are crucial to the wealth and prosperity of a nation.
Governments of integrity rarely arise without strong participation from a good number of citizens actively working to keep them honest.
