The three biggest problems (military, social security, Medicaid) are pretty much outside the reach or a commission like this.
Sure, gut all the other shit, fire the parasites etc.

No way Trump goes after Social Security, Medicare, or the military, but I could imagine some Medicaid reform.
Any reduction would be such a radical change that I think we should get our popcorn ready and cheer it on.
