I don't think she means "save the banks" as you would guess.
Also, the phrase is taken out of context. The video is from 2019 so it's not about the current crisis.
One could argue that with "save the banks" she meant something like fixing the banking system or "saving the banks from themselves"

I don't like posts like these. They come off as very populist; just looking for sats.
But I am open to have my mind changed that this was not the intention.

Btw, question and answer starts at 7:25.
She even says "then we can save the world". I really think she means to fix the current system as in "Fix the money, fix the world".
