I'm a teenager (16) and I would say my parents won't teach me much about money and crypto is a big 'NO-NO' for them. I had some hopes that my school would teach me atleast? But my bad that they were more focused on memorizing bullshit that could be easily found on web. That's why I am here teaching myself and this is my first day and got to learn a lot here. Thanks to @DarthCoin he has created awesome guides for noobs like me.

I totally agree! In 2010 I could have learned about Bitcoin, but at the time I was in school learning about butterfly reproduction.

See @Noobboy? Would you trust someone who thinks they are never wrong and thus wouldn't even admit when they are? I let you continue your journey alone from here.

Nope, that's bigotry and lack of courage as well as confirmation bias too?

If I know I would be wrong or not knowing that thing why should I bother commenting? I simply STFU. But when I know something, I speak truth.
Being right it doesn't mean you "predict" something or you have a crystal ball seeing the future. Is simply that you KNOW about that something.

149 sats to 6 sats ratio on ek's comment. Checks out

The amount of sats for a comment it means nothing else than that somebody wanted to give those sats to the OP.
Do not judge a comment by the how many sats got. Pass that comment through your own mind and judgement, otherwise you are just (again) manipulated.
My only goal here on SN is to make people use their brains, to get used to think, not just follow like blind sheeps. Yes I mostly used a non-conformist way or controversial thinking, just to spark that light inside people's brain to start using those neurons.
many will find my language very rude or crazy, I don't fucking care. What I care is to make them open their eyes and mind.

ek only wants to manipulate and influence you. Be aware he hates me (because I am right) and do not like when I told him the truth in his face.

You are just an unstable person that do not like the truth to be told. You are just a young guy that start to see the world and hate old guys because they know more about life than you. That's all.

Im prepared for when my daughter asks me, “Daddy, Where’s my piggy bank?”
“Dearest Daughter, you’re bankless. Your life’s savings are stored on the Bitcoin blockchain.”
When I was thirteen, my mom took me to our local bank branch to open up a savings account. It was a memorable experience filled with life lessons. In particular, I learned how important it is to build up savings, so that one day I could spend them on something I really wanted or needed. It’s a fundamental principle that some people are still learning.
However, 11 years from now, in 2035, I can’t imagine that I’ll be doing the same thing with my daughter! Certainly the concept of a piggy bank won’t even exist by then. Will the U.S. Government have finally followed the example of its peers and stopped producing the penny? Will the US stop printing all paper money entirely?
Nowadays, I’m finding more and more restaurants in California with signs on the windows saying they’re “cashless” and will only accept payment via a debit/credit card or an app! In the era of COVID-19, even the happiest place on Earth has made paying with cash the option of last resort. So much for the Mouse teaching my daughter through paper dollars how he gets his cheese.
Modern cold storage hardware wallet solutions have made safely securing your satoshis much more accessible to the average user. I look forward to what the creative minds at these companies will come up with to make self-sovereignty so easy even a child can do it!
As a little kid, walking around with a $20 bill was an anxious experience. At that time, it felt like a lot of money, and if I dropped it and it blew away in the wind, it could be gone forever. But when my daughter saves her satoshis on the blockchain, she won’t have to worry as much about losing her encrypted signing device. (As her father, it will be a costly thing for me to replace, but I will bear it.) She can walk down the street with confidence knowing that the value of her allowance is cryptographically secure.
Today, we are seeing more and more services available for people to take their fiat salary and be paid in bitcoin. No bank account required! The service provides the direct deposit routing and account number details for your employer, and you’re good! They don’t need to know that you’re instantly converting your paycheck into the hardest asset ever created by humanity.
Lucky for you daughter, your piggy bank is in the clouds.
