Very bad. The governments Suck everywhere.

afaict, if government in Canada don't separate private land to public land, they'll eventually takeaway everything unless people don't let them. In India my land is my own and its registered only for the records.

However, there are many new buildings which are constructed by the governments to provide shelter to the poor and they all remain government property even after the poor pay installments for so called ownership of the house. The ownership is actually a kind of agreement which says that they can't sell the property. So it's not real ownership.
