So the parents of one of my students will be slaughtering some cows in the next few weeks and I have the opportunity to buy as much as a whole cow if I want.
These cows are pure grass feeders and have lived outside all their lives.
So here is the question, how much should I buy and what parts / cuts should I get and use for?
I have roughly the space to freeze 20 kg or 44 pounds.
I need your help and wisdom.
