I'm trying to post a question in AskSN, but it won't let me. I click post but nothing happens. A red thumbs down has appeared in the territory box. Have I been banned from this territory?

There are no bans on SN. Can you try to select the territory again? Like select some other and then select ~AskSN again?
The thumbs down means something went wrong during validation with the sub.
update: ~AskSN has been archived, they didn't pay the rent. That's the problem.
If you reload the page, ~AskSN should disappear. Relevant post: #758534

You can't be banned from a territory.
It looks like ~AskSN has been archived:
... which means until the founder pays, posting in that territory (by anyone) will be disabled.
