I think that you feel that you are authentic when practicing your profession the way you are doing it until now, you should continue doing it like that if that makes you happy, if that makes your profession make you feel satisfied, you should continue doing it like that, maybe the satisfaction of money is not everything, being a teacher is a difficult profession, it is dedication, love for your students and being genuine above all.
