i worked at chegg for 2.5 years. about 6 months before their ipo. the problem was they simply did not innovate once they had v1 built.

Such a huge loss, Can this really be blamed to AI? I mean other edtech companies are doing good.

Chegg has been struggling to keep up for over a decade. These things usually come down to leadership - poor vision or poor execution of the vision.
