Even the societies that claim to have a goal of equality end up with rich and poor, of influence if not capital wealth.

Many societies are based on influences of power and wealth, which generates strong inequality and creates a gap between those who have a lot, those who have little and those who have nothing. This is a social gap that the state creates. I don't know for what purpose, but it allows for a movement or a wave that generates social chaos.
