Most (all?) P2P markets are based on escrow systems, this is no different. Seller must send a hold invoice that settles once he sees the fiat payment. I've never had a dispute but those are solved by a community manager.

haven't heard of this, was just looking at youtube and most vids in Spanish. do they have some kind of escrow implementation or anything to prevent from someone not paying or sending the btc?

The easiest is definitely [lnp2pbot](https://lnp2pbot.com) I rarely use Robosats. I'm my particular case it's also a matter of liquidity.
