If you filter by sats, you might miss the good ones that are new, before they cross your filter barrier. Also, there seem to be some that are interesting, to me, but are low sats posts. I don’t really want to filter them out.

ah, that's a way that would work I guess (since links and non-productive posts usually don't get much in sats)

You may be cutting off something within your sphere of interests using the sats filter. All new posts have very few sats on them, until someone likes it a lot.
You could be missing out on some good stuff this way.

Then, you are saying, there is no need for the filters? I don’t use them and have not lost enjoyment of reading the posts. Even some heavily subscribed posts don’t interest me, whereas, some of the untapped ones do. Maybe there is no need to worry about what content and what zaps are going on in this space.
