If you do comment: DO NOT MENTION THE ENVIRONMENT AT ALL.

Change the dialog to focus on the humanitarian benefits bitcoin provides persons in unstable communities.

Property rights for those whose governments cannot protect. Etc

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the two most highly-used cryptocurrencies, and are both proof-of-work, using an enormous amount of energy

Jesus.. we’re gonna live the next years with this green-washing stuff, aren’t we?

UPDATE

The RFC has een closed, with 232 long-time editors of Wikipedia voicing support for ending cryptocurrency donations, while 94 opposed the move.

Now it is up to the Wikidpedia Foundation (which, I'm assuming, is simply a formality before finalizing the decision to stop accepting bitcoin).

Wikipedia is overrun with woke crazies. As an example, take a look at the original definition of cultural Marxism: https://archive.md/xIiRF

Now take a look at the 2022 definition: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_Marxism_conspiracy_theory

Don't support wikipedia IMO

WTF! Wikipedia is a joke. I wouldn't even notice if it was gone.

For folks that do add a vote, please be civil, don't spam. Yelling at the other side of the argument has exactly the opposite effect from what you want...
