I type meeting minutes and no one reads but me

I am the only active participant in all the MS Teams

I am the only one who keeps monthly meetings on time and on schedule

No one comments on my work when looking for feedback

I comment on everyones’ work when they seek feedback

I am the lowest paid amongst my colleagues

The office printer hasn’t worked for like 2 years

Constantly correcting people who keep making the same mistakes

I am the only one who spends the office budget and enact contracts

Feels like I am the only one who has passion. Willing to work long hours to meet the mission. While others can’t get over their ego
