I am really not very sure what would be done, but i read that maybe we will use different or new drugs that can really work but they're not sure what would be it's consequences on body and it's very expensive too

Another approach are bacteriophages. These are viruses that kill specific bacteria.

Since the lab created stuff has to specifically have a lab created environment and left to it's own devices usually dies not having any specific function or also not being able to compete in a universe of life that's billions of years old I'd say being healthy and eating a variety of natural foods is the answer.
