Tap water to the equivalent of other countries like here in Germany =good
going beyond that = waste of time and money
Surely tap water is safer here as well. I refuse to buy bottled water most of the times. We've handpumps here and they are the source of real mineral water.

Lower but non-zero. You can't taste it. Buildings usually have an ion-exchanger so it can be different for every household.
