I have a very small collection of bullion. It’s nice to have as a hedge, but mainly I like having a physical store of value I can touch and fiddle with. Does anyone else have silver or gold? I’m also happy to talk about getting started. For some context, each 1 oz piece here (bar and coin) is worth about $31 as of writing.

I have some, some that I bought and some that I've inherited. I've also given it as gifts.
Gold, silver, platinum, and I'm sure I've got a palladium bar knocking about somewhere.
I don't see them as a hedge or an investment. I think they will maintain their value in fiat terms but compared to Bitcoin they'll become near worthless.
I still hang onto them though. Mammal brain like shiny rock.

Ah yeah I can’t answer that - you need to go to the SN “divorce” territory
